The European Union has proposed a new law that would increase investment into semiconductors with the aim of boosting Europe’s share of global production. This is not a good news to South Korea, as the country has been the biggest player in the semiconductor industry.The question is on how ill it affect South Korea's semiconductor production capacity in the future.
